We can supply ‘Temporary’, ‘Temp to Perm’ or ‘Permanent’ workers. It is entirely up to you what method you choose. If you have work for only a week or a few weeks then Temporary workers are ideal as you only have workers for the amount of time you require. These workers are employed by us and we take care of all their Income Tax payments, National Insurance payments and Holiday Pay.
There is great flexibility in using Temp to Perm workers as you can try them out and then if they suit you, you can put them on your payroll with no extra cost after an agreed period. During the Temp period we take care of Income Tax payments, National Insurance payments and Holiday Pay. If you choose to employ a worker within the agreed period we will charge a placement fee at a pro-rata rate. Of course, you can choose to employ any worker on permanent placement from the outset. Our placement fee is fully refundable in the event of the candidate being unsuitable.
